lease renewal

signed a lease renewal for starting nov 1st....financially won't be able to afford because of work changes...i've been leaving messages for landlord mngmt company but no returned calls....am i stuck with the lease renewal?

There should be a paragraph in the original lease or renewal you signed with relation to what happens if either party defaults.

Generally a tenant is liable for the rent although damages can be mitigated for example if the landlord rents the space for the terms of the lease.
