Lease termination
Landlord is requiring 2 months penalty to cancel lease. Cannot find any reference in lease. Is this legal?

From your question I assume that you are breaking a valid lease. The landlord is saying that he will release you from your obligations if you pay 2 months rent. If this is the case, then yes, it is legal.
