Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in New York

I leased office space in a corporate name (not personally guaranteed) 2+ yrs ago, & believe it or not the landlord, (a large corporation) never sent me a single rent bill! All I've paid so far is the security deposit and 1st month's rent. At first I thought they'd eventually realize and make me catch up on my rent bills, but it's been two and a half years now, I now owe them over $100k, but they don't know it yet! Once they realize what's going on, (that day will eventually come) I plan on just walking away from the lease and let them sue my company, which has no assets, as I will close the business at that point. This situation may continue this way for years before they even notice. Can I be held responsible personally?

Not only can you NOT be held accountable, but a good landlord tenant lawyer can get you several more months rent free before you have to vacate the premises.
