Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in New York

help me!!!

i live in my parents home with my 2 siblings. my parents retied and moved to florida but they have the deed to the house. me and my 2 siblings pay all the bills for our house in ny and fo all the expencises too and our names are on the bills aswell. my mom and me had a fight last week and threated to kick me out can sh even though i bay the bills and there in my name not hers? she just pays the mortgage thats it we pay the rest an i co owner of the house or am i a tennant? also if i dont want a major project done on the hose can i say no? what if she wantd to sell the house? does she need our permission? what i am asking is what are my righs as a bill payer in the house?

You are not a co-owner nor a Tenant. Your parents gave you permission (license) to live there and may revoke same.

They can also sell it and/or do a major project with out your approval or permission.

You pay the bills because you are receiving the benefit of living there.

You may have rights in the house, but if you've been living there with the permission of your parents, and they have been the title holders all of this time, and paying the mortgage, they are the recognized owners of the property.
