Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in New York

I am having a lot of problems with my landlord. When I first moved in several things were broken/not working, such as; electrical outlets, stove, fire alarms and dryer. She told me to have my father fix it. There is a hole caving in on the floor, the tiles are coming up off the floor and she left a couch infested with bugs that I have bites from. She told me it was two floors and the second floor has no fire escape what so ever. My roof leaks and she told me its not a big deal and not to make it a big deal. I called her the other night to ask her to turn down her music, which she blasts every night, because I was trying to study for a french test and she screamed at me that she didn't have her music on and then told me she didn't know anybody by my name and then hung up on me. She called me later and told me if I don't like it there to get out. If I drop something on the floor she calls me screaming to be quiet. There is a clause in the lease saying that if I pay rent I have the right to hold and enjoy the apartment peacefully and quietly, and so far its been neither. She even tells me who I am allowed to have visit. She told me I couldn't let my nephew visit because she doesn't want babies in the house. She didn't sign my copy of the lease and I never signed the guarontor of payment. Is there any chance I can get out of this lease?
