Notice of leaving
We had a tenant for a year he had a one year lease that
expired but he stayed and we did not do another lease
After 7 months he gave us a 2 week notice he was leaving
shouldn't a notice be 30 days or is that void because there is no lease.

He became a mo/mo tenant and 30 days is required.
