can i have someone removed for trespassing if they are not on the lease,or if the have givin 30 days notice on a month to month lease, then decided to stay a couple extra days?

I can tell you that "staying an extra couple of days' (meaning-until Spet 2 when the terms are 1-last of each month and they told you July 30 they were out Aug 31) means the person probbly owes for the full month of Sept.
