restaurant lease

Is there a commercial lease or rider specifically for a restaurant? I am the landlord and can't find anything besides general commercial leases.

thanks

Re: restaurant lease

There is not necessarily a one size fits all rider I have drafted many restaurant leases for landlords and would be available to review your lease and to recommend the appropriate additions.

you can call me at 212 683 8677 for free consultation.
