Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in New York

Slander

I was ask by my supervior that he was infomed that i was on the sex line on the job telephone and i answer back no i was not on a sex line and

i ask him how inform you of this and would not tell me

as a security officer for cnn news i was ask to writte a statment and i made a copy of this of the statment that did not this.

I ask what can be done about this.

I hope that you are a member of a union. I would discuss this immediately with your union stuart.

If you were on a sex line using a company telephone, this could be grounds for dismissal, even if you were a member of a union.

If you were not, there is nothing to fear.

Anyone can make an accusation. Whether it is true or not is to be proven.

Maybe another employee did so. Just be careful in the future.

Probably nothing will become of it. If you make too big a stur, it just makes you look guilty.
