Stipulation Agreement

signed a stipulatio agreement in the amoumt of $50,000.but in the paragraph where it breaks down the monthly payments it adds up to well bell $50,000. Which amount am I liable for. Can I fight this. Thank you, A

Yes, obviously it is an error.

The 50K is what you agreed to. You can just amend the Stip with the correction but it will have to be re-signed, etc.
