Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in New York

suing someone

Hello. I want a file a small claims suit against a neighbor, but I don't know the person's name. Does anyone know where I can find this information? (There is no name on the mailbox or buzzer and the landlord probably won't help me since he is being taken to court as well).

If anyone know how I can find this information, please let me know.

This is in the NY.
