Tenant Rent
If you own a store and you are behind on 2 months rent can the Landlord close your store down the very next day by calling the cops to do so?

No. That is a lock out and is illegal. The landlord would have to start a nonpayment proceeding seeking payment of rent owed and judgment of possession and warrant of eviction.
