ex tenant
we won a judgement against an ex tenant. after leaving the court (tenant left first) we noticed the driver side mirror was broken the driver side door was kicked in ( sneaker marks on door) I know the ex tenant did this but I cannot prove it and had no witnesses. What can I do to protect myself and my property/

You should file a report with the police and explain what happened.
