Tenants own me money
My tenants have moved and still own me money.
I let her live away security deposit,because she said,that she has separated and don't have money to pay,but has two small kids.
After a month husband come up and they lived 10 extra days without pay.
Do I have chances in small claim court. Any suggestions what forms to fill up?

If you want to sue them for 10 days rent just go to small claims court clerk and fill out simple form and pay small fee.
You will need to know where they are and it will have to be within jurisdiction of court.
