Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in New York

my uncle has been living at my home for free for months, his friend rented a room for 560 a month, then his girl moved in renting a small room for 375, my uncle got jealous and threatened his friend forcing him to move out without my permission, he then took control of the bigger room without permission increasing his girls rent 200 a month, his girl failed to pay full rent for 3 months, he still never paid and he cost me the rent of the man he forced out. I found a new tenant for the room and my uncle refused to allow him in, infact he changed the locks so i cant get in or the new tenant, ive lost so much rent already and hes threatening anyone i try to move in including me, what can i do? im gonna evict him but hes never paid rent so how long we will it take? also is there anyway i can force him to allow my new tenant in without being allowed to threaten them as well as me allowed in?

If this is a one family house, all the rentals are illegal (since only 1 family may live in the house). You may evict everyone, however, the court will not uphold an illegal agreement. Therefore, you will probably not receive any rent.
