Re: legal ethics

There are many quesitions that need to be answered before it is possible to determine what happened to your case. Whose bus was it? What happened in the accident? Did your injuries reach the "serious injury" standard required to compensate you under NY law? "Serious injury" is a term of art in NY - while there are certain defined paramters that clearly make it to serious injury, there are others that are questionable.

If you can provide any additional information, I will be able to speak to you and determine what, if any, steps can be taken on your behalf incluidng a potential legal malpractice case.
