Legal Question in Legal Ethics in New York
No Permit
Our Town Supervisor had work done at his home (a structural repair which requires a building permit in our Town). He did not file for a BP. Is this a miss use of his power. I hope so. Should he resign.

I would think that a Town Supervisor must follow the law like everyone else.
