Legal Question in Legal Malpractice in New York

How do I find a legal malpractice attorney on contingency

A year ago, a casual customer of ours became an advisor to our new media company. He persuaded us to terminate previous attorneys and turn over several cases to his small law firm. He did not deliver on promises of introductions to help settle pending cases, his work has been substandard and recent court decisions have placed us worse off than we were previous to his intervention. After paying $90,000 to this lawyer, we challenged his latest bill of $13,000. Now, he wants to quit our pending cases. How do we find a malpractice lawyer to handle our case on contingency?

While it is difficult to determine from the information you have given whether or not the attorney committed malpractice, I would be happy to discuss your situation with you. If there is malpractice, my firm handles such matters on a contingency basis.
