Orlando, Florida tragedy

For this last thanksgiving day, I decided to surprise my diabetic daughter, by taking her to orlando, florida along with her cousins. On the second day in the hotel, while we were eating, my daughter went behind my back, and together with one of my knephews, they decided to go for a swim. The next minute my knephew comes back screaming asking for help, that my daughter drawn in the pool. When i got to the pool, a lady that was staying there, saw my daughter floating and took her out. There were no lifesavers in the pool, no firstaid, no one helped me while i was holding my unconcious daughter in my arms, trying to revive her. At all times I was the only one strugling to revive my daughter, while any of the hotel employees were no where to be found. The next thing I saw was the paramedics, they took my daughter to nearest hospital, were they told me that she wasn't going to make it. My daughter lasted almost a week with a respirator, and luckily she made it. But she hasn't fully recuperate. Now i am getting hospitals bills totalling 70, 000. My insurance doesn't want to pay. Can I sue the hotel, for negligence cause of the emotional & Physical damage, and such much more that this tragedy caused to my daughter and my family.

Re: Orlando, Florida tragedy

Maybe but I need more facts. How old is your daughter? Was the pool fenced off in any way?
