I was involved in a motor vehicle accident in NY on 05-04-2004; as a consequence I became disabled by 02-03-2005. According to my Insurance Co. my benefits was denied because I was working at the time of the accident and Workers Compensation should be my only source of recovery.
However, in 05-31-2006 I filed for arbitration for the period ending 06-02-06 and award was given to my advantage. But the Insurance Co. appealed to master arbitrator and decision of the master arbitrator was due on 04-22-2007 but not yet received.
Is there is any thing that I can do?
