Legal Question in Medical Malpractice in New York
My daughter died of a rare form of cancer 5 years ago that her primary care doctor misdiagnosed. I am currently just getting myself back to a mental stability and would like to know if the time limit has expired. This occurred in NY state.

The statute of limitation for wrongful death is two years from the date of death. Best, MEZ
