i visted the dentist for pain in my tooth , he advised rootcanal h e got me numb and started the rootcanal at one point I suddenly moved while he was drilling , when i came back hoime i was all numb and nest day i had pain on my tongue and could not eat when I WENT BACK TO DENTIST HE TOLD ME i HAD CHEWED MY TONGUE WHILE I WAS NUMB DO I HAVE A CASE

Basen on the facts you have provided, I do not think you have a claim against the Dentist for chewing on your own tongue, but I recommend you seek a second legal opinion. Other than a numb and sore tongue the day after root canal surgery, what were your damages?
