Re: ipl burn

Electrolysis, unless performed by a physician, is not a medical procedure and the medical malpractice standards of conduct do not apply.

You did not state where you reside, but I have offices in Manhattan and Westchester counties. The first thing to do after taking care of your injuries is to have your attorney send a claim notice to the spa.

Please contact my office via email if you need assistance.

I'd be happy to discuss this matter further. Know that in order to establish a malpractice case you must show that the doctor's conduct is different from what other doctors do and that this deviation caused you harm. Please call or email me.

Re: ipl burn

Take care of your health first; see a doctor right away to prevent further damage to your skin. If it turns out that you have sustained permanent damage, you may have a personal injury claim. Feel free to call my office and/or e-mail me.
