Legal Question in Medical Malpractice in New York

I have a malpractice lawsuit in New York. I am currently living in Mobile, Alabama. I left New York in flight not knowing I did not have any of my important information. I forgot my attorneys name and suite number. I know his office is in Garden City, New York but that is all. With all of the new technology today, how do I find my attorney to check on my the case?
