Re: negligence/malpractice

You can pursue an action against a volunteer ambulance company for dropping a patient and lack of care. As with all civil actions you must establish that the wrongdoing (here dropping a patient) caused damages to the patient. All civil cases are subject to strict time limitations, so if you wish to pursue an action you should contact an attorney immediately.

If the dropped patient was injured, then you can sue the ambulance personnel and the ambulance company.

Re: negligence/malpractice

As the other responses have stated, you can bring an action against a volunteer ambulance company for negligently dropping a patient, causing personal injuries to that patient. Expanding on that a little bit, you will need to show that any injuries sustained were specifically the result of being "dropped". I would be happy to discuss this further with you in more detail. Please feel free to contact me at your earliest convenience. There is no charge for an initial consultation.
