Legal Question in Medical Malpractice in New York
Should I seek legal action if my doctor failed to remove a staple after surgery? It is currently preventing me from having an MRI preformed for current medical issues.

Better, for starters at least, to get in touch with the surgeon and explain your current medical situation, and the need to have an MRI. Perhaps he/she will remove the staple, or recommend an alternative approach. Best, M. E. Zuller
