Legal Question in Military Law in New York

please help

My husband and I are in the army married couples program and have joint domicile but yet we have been seperated. I am stationed at fort bliss, TX and he is at fort drum NY. He was supposed to ets on july 2 but they stop lossed him and wont let him go. we've tried everything we know to get him out but nobody wants to help us do you have any advice for us?

I do cases at Fort Drum as it's relatively close to my office. I (or any other competent lawyer) would need additional information, such as his rank, MOS, MSO date, etc.

Not all "stop losses" have been legal, but each needs to be evaluated on an individual basis because there are so many factors, legal and otherwise that impact on this.
