6 months after worker compensation settlement proposal they don't send any money . What should I do?

Hang tight. There is probably something hanging up your settlement such as a Medicare Set Aside (if you are on Social Security Disability). Perhaps, the defense counsel needs to send you to another IME? Six months is not a long time in the world of workers compensation. Most cases take years to resolve and the system is very inefficient.

I would also talk to your attorney to see if there is anything that can be done to speed up the process.

Speak to your WC attorney or rep. If you don't have someone representing you, you should. You will likely get a better result. Best, ME Zuller
