"Having a case" does not mean the case should be instituted. You were injured by a CVS product.

If you can show that nothing else caused the reaction, and demonstrate what it was about the ankle wrap that caused the reaction, legally you should be able to recover for it. Practically speaking however, lawsuits are expensive and unless you sustained an injury that caused you some temporary or permanent disability, and required medical treatment and hospitalization, your damages will be limited and the lawsuit essentially not a money making endeavour.

You may have a defective product case or a chemical burn case but your damages (injuries) must be significant enough to justify filing a lawsuit and the wrap that you bought must have been the cause of the injury. Do you have the receipt that you bought the product and the product itself? Do you have photos of your injury?

You may have some options. Call me toll free at 1(800)WE-FIGHT for a free consultation to discuss your claim further. I have office locations all over New York for your convenience.
