Do I have a claim or case if I got cut in a store, had to to to hospital and received stitches, still in some pain where cut is

You very well may, this however depends to some degree on what you were doing when you were cut. If you were doing what ban average shopper would be doing you may verybwell have a claim, however NY generally requires that the store have some notice of the situation leading to the injury.
