Deposition Transcript
I (Plaintiff) was deposed by Defendants and await transcript for signature. Can the Defendants receive the transcript without me signing it?

Your e-mail was sent to me for response on 5-27-2001.
The CPLR deems a transcript to be 'executed' if not returned within a prescribed time.
