Legal Question in Personal Injury in New York

On Dic 27,2010, I fell down at Marshalls Store, due to melted snow inside the Store. I was hurting a little bit so I didnt go to the Hospital, but the pain didnt go away completely and now its worse. is it too late to make a claim for some help with medical bills?

The statute of limitations on your case would expire on December 27, 2013. Medical bills would certainly help make a claim for damages against the store.
