Legal Question in Personal Injury in New York

If I am not eligible for loss wages due to unemployment at the time of my accide

I was a passenger in a motor vehicle accident, and at the time I was not working. If I am not eligible for ''loss wages'', what kind of benefits can i recieve until, my case is settled. Since the accident I moved to a different state(Maryland), formerly living in New York, although I keep in touch with my lawyer, he said there is nothing he can do? Is he givng me all the information I need and what can he do about it? Since I had the accident I have taken my x-rays and physical therapy sessions. My injuries indicate that I can't work. Can I file for disability?

If you don't trust your lawyer, fire him. If you do trust him, listen to him.
