Legal Question in Personal Injury in New York

Are there any extremely proficient attorneys dealing with with the Federal Tort Claims Act of 1946? Myself and my friend, who is very skepticle when it comes to attorneys (no offense), especially NY attorneys reside in NY. Your knowledge and experience would be very much appreciated in securing representation for our 2 cases. Thank you for your time and patience.

My firm has handled many Federal Tort Claims Act cases. Of course, each case is different and individual so without hearing the facts of your specific cases, I cannot tell you if we would be able to represent you and your friend. However, my firm would be more than happy to listen to the underlying facts in order to make a determination if we can help you. Sherri L. Plotkin, Esq., Barton Barton & Plotkin LLP
