Legal Question in Personal Injury in New York

firing my attorney

want to fire attorney immediately. it's under 30 days. was a bad decision and wish to move on without him recieving any personal injury monies if i choose to continue a law suit. I have PTSD after auto accident and injury and took advice from a friend without seeing the lawyer's incompetence. can i fire him, and move forward, and sever all ties to him

Re: firing my attorney

You can fire your attorney at anytime. You have a contingency arrangement with your attorney and the new attorney will be in a position to address any question of fees with the former attorney. Please contact me either at the number below so that we can discuss this further.
