I was recently in an auto accident, suffered injuies and just found out today that my brand new 2006 vehicle is a total loss. Do I need an attorney? If so where do I begin looking for one?

You're probably best off finding an attorney in the county where you live or where the accident occurred. You can contact your local county bar association for a referral or I'd be happy to refer you to an excellent attorney in your area.

If you are in NYC or Westchester, I'd be happy to help you. My office regularly handles auto accident cases. You may contact me via email.

Please feel free to call my office to discuss your case. We are very experienced attorneys in the personal injury litigation field and have handled a great number of auto accident cases over the years. You definitely need an attorney, especailly since your car has sustained total damage and you have suffered an injury. Do not talk to anyone before you consult an attorney. You also need to seek medical treatment right away. Do not delay, time is of the essence in order to preserve your rights, get timely legal advice, and for proper paperwork to be completed and filed. Take many pictures of your damaged car from different angles (Very important!).

You need an attorney to take care of all insurance realted issues, so that you can concenrate on getting proper medical treatment. Our consultation is free and there is no obligation on your part. If you are unable to travel, we can come to you. Sincerely yours.

If you've been involved in an accident which was the result of someone else's negligence or intentional behavior it is essential that you contact an attorney immediately to deal with the insurance company fo responsible party.

Frequently the unscrupulous insurance companies will try to quickly settle your case for far less than it's true value and prior to the determination of what your injuries are and what treatment you'll need.

I handle cases like your's throughout NY, FL and NJ on a contingency basis meaning you only pay me if I am successful in getting you money. If you'd like to discuss this matter further call me tollfree anytime at 8774569243.

I would strongly suggest that you retain an attorney immediately. There are strict time limits that must be met in order to protect your rights to obtain no-fault insurance benefits to pay for your medical treatment. You also want to make sure that a proper investigation is conducted and that you are doing everything you can to treat your injuries and compensate you for all damages, including property damages, you sustained in this accident. My office handles personal injury lawsuits involving automobile accidents, and I would be happy to speak with you today regarding your accident and all of your options. Please feel free to contact me to discuss this further.
