Legal Question in Personal Injury in New York

I am asking are there other legal documents that one can submit along with a form 95, that would prove that I am the one that has the power to file this form 95 on my late husbands estate. It appears, my voluntary administrative paper is not enough, or a way to dismiss me, so that my form, would be past the statue of limitations.

A certified copy of your letters of administration should be enough. You should have a lawyer review the form and attachments before you file.
