Legal Question in Personal Injury in New York

went for a massage and woman was very strong , ask her to calm down and then before I knew it she threw me on the floor causing my right knee , neck to be injured

had surgery for a torn mencius and never got better found out that the burning feeling and pain when she threw me was RSD so I was dignosted with that

going to pt pain mangerment and a dr who specializes in rsd

cant bend or move my knee wearing a robot knee brace

yes the salon has insurance and it was one of his workers

now my life is not the same and I cant work
