Personal Injury
I fell in a supermarket and as a result I have had surgery on both of my knees. I have medical coverage through my job. My medical insurance paid for the surgery's. My question is if I receive a settlement, will I be responsible for reimbursement to my health insurance company for the costs they have incurred?
