how does a persons unknown medical condition effect what their insurance company will pay for when the driver caused property damage, estimated at $11,000?

If you were injured in the accident, you need to speak with an auto accident lawyer. If you're implying that the other driver's medical condition caused the property damage, that is not a legal defense for the insurance company to deny payment for the damage caused.

However, keep in mind that an insurance company will almost NEVER pay the actual amount of your property damage unless you are represented by an attorney.
