Legal Question in Personal Injury in New York

I was a plaintiff in a summary jury trial, it did not go in my favor and I want to know if I can appeal a jury's decision?

No - the rules of a summary jury trial in New York specify that the parties, in consideration of the benefits afforded by a summary jury trial, waive the right to appeal.
