Legal Question in Personal Injury in New York

I have not recieved a section32-settlement yet, i've been on workers comp for 3 years( same attorney). quest. # 1 -- would another attorney take my case?

quest. # 2 what are the chances of another attorney taking my case?

quest. #3- would an attorney be willing to take over my SSI CASE for total disability seperate from my comp case? (my SSI case has just started a year ago).

quest.# 4-- is there a way that I can find out if my appeals to workers comp board have been made? and made properly?
