Legal Question in Personal Injury in New York

My son was pushed on the playground at school the school did not notice I brought it to their attention this happened in kindergarten he's now in second grade he still has lump on his head his doctor said it looked like it was fractured do I have a case to sue the school

Consult with a personal injury attorney immediately. There are very severe limitations on time and notices of claim that may have an impact on your rights and those of your son. That said, just because something happened at school does not automatically mean that the school is at fault. Their supervision must have been negligent. There are many ways to demonstrate this negligence. If the kid who hurt yours has a history of such acts, if no adult was present, et c., consult with a lawyer.
