Legal Question in Personal Injury in New York

Can we sue the travel agency?
My mom and sister went on an all inclusive Europe tour. The tour wend bad from day one. My mom and sister had to wait over 6 hours in London airport just to meet with the tour guide. So, they missed the London tour. The hotel in London did not have any reservation under either my mom or sister��s name. They had to pay for the hotel. The tour guide did not have the train ticket from London to Paris. Again, my mom and sister had to pay for the ticket. The tour in most of the cities was done in a personal car, not in a tour bus. My mom felt sick and vomited during the tour. My mom and sister came back more stressed out than relaxed.
