Legal Question in Personal Injury in New York
i have a workers compensation case and now is personal injury case and 4 month later after w/c case I have a car accident. Is that possible to have 2 cases in once.

Yes. but you will have to differentiate between the injuries in the two. In other words, you would have to show that the second accident caused a new injury or made the prior injury worse to some ascertainable degree.

Yes. It will be better if there is no injury overlap. If the car accident caused injury to the same body parts as the wc claim, it will difficult for any physician, treating or examining, to distinguish the extent of one or the other. With separate injuries, there is no such problem. Best, M.E. Zuller
