Attorney Fees

Is it normal and customery, when purchasing Real Estate, that at closing the purchaser (Buyer) pays the Banks(Mortgage holder) attorney's fee.????

Yes, it is normal for the buyer to pay the bank attorney fee. It is part of your closing costs.

Yes - typically you would pay the bank attorney fee and document prep fee.
