Bad Lawyer
I had a lawyer close on a house last summer who failed to tell me that the previous owner had unpaid home owners association fees that now I am being billed for. Attempts to get this lawyer to resolve this have been in vain. He does not return my calls. What can I do to at this point other than pay these fees which since they are about $300 I assume just pay and get this over with? How can I complain about this individual?

Just pay the fees and you can complain to the bar but make sure you have your facts correct because that is a very serious process.
