Legal Question in Real Estate Law in New York

My car was abandoned in Arizona. i was not driving it at the time. it was left at a body shop, and the owner has filed for an abandoned vehicle title. how do i recover my vehicle?

You should really be posting this under an Arizona zip code. Laws related to abandonment of vehicles and recovery of vehicles are state specific, and you indicate that the vehicle is in Arizona, so you need the assistance of an attorney in Arizona, not New York. I hope it works out for you.
