Legal Question in Real Estate Law in New York

On a commercial Mortgage. I was ready to have a closing on an assignment. From my lender, I had to pay for a building appraisal.

I had cancelled the closing due to grey area's that I didn't agree to, DO I have a right to a copy of the Building Appraisal That I payed for ? The Bankers are not returning my calls when leaving a message for this.

You definitely have a right to the appraisal that you paid for. You may wish to contact the appraiser directly. Furthermore you have a right to the credit report that was pulled on your behalf. You may wish to contact the Department of banking and report these bankers to the department of banking for their failure to comply.
