When purchasing a private coop who pays for the coop boards attorney, the buyer or the seller?

In NY the buyer usually pays the Coop Board attorney, his/her attorney, the title or abstract company, etc..

The seller usually pays his/her attorney and pays the Coop Board attorney ONLY for those things that are specifically relatable to or of benefit the Seller.
